Full Stack Developer

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Full Stack Developer to join the expanding team at Glorifying Media. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining scalable web applications, working across both the front-end and back-end to deliver robust and innovative digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and fellow developers to ensure seamless integration, performance, and high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
Front-End: Build intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Back-End: Develop robust server-side logic, APIs, and databases using languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP.
Database Management: Design, implement, and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL) to ensure scalability and performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the applications.
Code Review: Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements in coding standards and best practices.
Testing and Debugging: Ensure the quality of the application through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Deployment and Maintenance: Deploy applications to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and maintain infrastructure as needed.

Qualifictions

Proven Experience: While prior experience is valuable, freshers with relevant projects and a strong desire to prove their skills are also encouraged to apply. This position focuses on your ability to demonstrate your talent, not just your experience
Front-End Proficiency: Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
Back-End Expertise: Hands-on experience with server-side programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP, or similar.
Database Knowledge: Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Version Control: Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration.
API Integration: Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and solve complex technical issues.
Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes.
Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work in a team environment.
